Mary Malloy Dimaio


Mary joined the firm as of counsel in 2015 and became a partner in 2017. Her practice focuses on a variety of insurance defense matters, including products and premises liability, auto torts, trucking, construction equipment, medical and other professional liability, and commercial litigation. She is dedicated to exceptional client service and the early development of strategy in each case. She has practiced in small and medium-sized firms and has significant experience as staff counsel for a major property and casualty insurer. When she is not walking local trails, Mary entertains herself with The Three Stooges shorts and New York Times crossword puzzles. She is an avid Orioles and Ravens fan.
