Our attorneys possess specialized knowledge in a broad range of subjects that cut across these practice areas. Specifically, Ms. Crosswhite has substantial trial and appellate experience representing premises owners and property management companies in serious, complex litigation particularly involving security issues arising in malls and apartment complexes. Ms. Limbrick has expertise in the representation of local governments and in commercial and banking litigation. She is counsel for large banking institutions in significant civil litigation in Maryland and the District of Columbia arising from third-party criminal acts and personal injuries. In addition to handling a variety of liability cases ranging from construction, product liability, motor vehicle, and other liability claims, Mr. Sinclair is often called upon by his clients to resolve complicated insurance coverage questions. Ms. Smith has substantial experience handling toxic tort cases. She frequently represents clients in cases involving allegations of serious bodily injury caused by exposure to a wide variety of substances, including carbon monoxide, lead paint, silica/mixed dust, pharmaceuticals, asbestos, chemical food flavorings and fragrances. She also has significant experience with insurance "bad faith" cases and other insurance coverage matters. Ms. Beygo’s defense of health care providers and pharmaceutical companies provided her with significant experience analyzing medical records, injuries and treatment, which continues to serve her in the defense of personal injury claims.
MEDIATION SERVICES
Ms. Crosswhite actively provides mediation services. She was certified as a mediator in 1995 by Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers and has mediated over 300 cases ranging from small personal injury matters to large, complex lawsuits.
